Suspension Bridge
Nsele River DRC

The Democratic Republic of Congo is well known for the size and network of its many rivers emerging from the high rainfall area of the Congo basin.

Chimp & Zee were asked to construct a 70 m suspension bridge across the N’Sele River, a main tributary of the mighty Congo river.

LED Ligthing

The bridge needed to support normal pedestrian flow, as well as be wide and strong enough to carry a fully laden golf cart with occupants and luggage on their way to the new lodge.

LED lighting was added to the underside of the handrails to enhance the appearance of the new bridge and allow for night time use.
